Introduction:

Edventure Nepal, a registered charity organization established in 2011, has been making a profound impact in the lives of children in rural villages by providing institutional care and educational support. Over the past 12 years, the organization has tirelessly worked to break barriers and biases related to religion and caste, focusing solely on the needs of underprivileged children from economically and socially diverse backgrounds.

Our Commitment to Children:

At Edventure Nepal, our mission is clear: to provide love, care, and support to children who need it most, irrespective of their backgrounds. We firmly believe in leaving no child behind, ensuring their holistic development, and helping them to become self-sustaining individuals.

Accommodating and Caring:

Our journey began with 12 lovely children in our Children’s Home, providing them with food, accommodation, healthcare, and education. As of 2022, we have expanded and restructured our accommodations to better suit the age and academic grades of the children. Eight children continue to receive our comprehensive care, with an emphasis on education and self-sustainability.

Respecting Government Policies:

In alignment with the government of Nepal’s policies, we have taken steps to place children in different accommodations according to their age and academic progress. This ensures their safety and logistical support on a daily basis.

Empowering the Future:

Edventure Nepal’s core philosophy centers around empowering children to be self-sustainable. We are proud to provide four high school students with special care and support while encouraging the other four children to develop skills that will help secure their livelihoods in the future.

Integration into Society:

Our ultimate goal is to reintegrate these children into society, where they can live with dignity and establish their own identity. We strive to equip them with the tools and knowledge needed to face the world with confidence.

Extending a Helping Hand:

Beyond our Children’s Homes, Edventure Nepal has initiated a program to support vulnerable children who have parents but lack the means to provide for their basic needs. We provide these children with food at school, clothing throughout the year, and the necessary resources required for their education. This unique approach preserves the bond between children and their parents while offering additional support to ensure these children have access to quality education and adequate nutrition.
